Crumpled PaperMy life is like a piece of paper. We were all born as paper. To write our stories and share them around.Crumpled Paper by ImpulsiveKnowledge
Produced as a flat object, crisp, beautiful, unscathed by any emotion as its birth has it run free. .
As time goes by, the paper has been waved around, displayed, and held onto my person. .
Holding onto that paper, I keep it close to my heart. It is safe there, like my feelings. .
Growing up, I faced many trails. The paper continuously fell out of my pocket. .
Invitations of friendship to others, being rejected. Crumpling my paper. .
(19) Inner Child, Where are you?(19) Inner Child, Where are you? by ImpulsiveKnowledge
We were born with an inner child.
But they do not grow with us.
Something that is apart of our soul.
Is as finite as our life.
Over time, we lose track of it
as it wanders off in the deepest realms
of our own soul and mind.
It is there, but it is lost.
There are those who abandoned their inner child
They grow up, thinking they have no need for them.
Come time they have their own children
There will be no inner child to play with the child.
Without your inner child, how can you see your own?
That inner child is lost, your child as well.
To do so is to be cold, distant, remote
A detriment to your own child, to yourself.
(18) By Chance(18) By Chance by ImpulsiveKnowledge
There are things that someone wants, but don't come when they seek it.
Try as you might, you will lock yourself in a limbo of waiting.
True chance comes when they are never sought.
Because when you look for something and find it, it is an convenience.
But when you find something that happens to happen, it is an experience.
My all-around relevant to interests page, as well as my page for creative writing/short stories.
What to expect from my literature:
Poems regarding to pretty much anything.
Stories revolving around a certain character of choice as a means to explore different literary styles of writing. The goal of my literature is to paint a picture by means of fantasy tied in with strokes of reality through various emotions.
Perspective: Written in various styles, but mainly focuses on the perspective of the main character Chelsea writing her afterthoughts of her explorations in journal form.
80 Day Journal: An exercise of poetry and creative writing. Once per day. While it is technically complete, I am uploading two per day.
